Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pizza.

My sister was just in her school production of Fiddler on the Roof, she did a fantastic job and I wanted to make a special dinner to congratulate her on a job well done. I wanted to make something delicious, but like most people I wanted it to be fast and easy. So I found this. I thought that a shrimp and feta cheese pizza would do just the trick. Thankfully she has a sophisticated pallet for her age! This pizza tastes so good and the recipe is super fast and super easy. Prep takes about five to ten minutes and bake time is only 15 minutes. You will be able to put this dish on the table in under thirty-five minutes!

To make this pizza you do not even need that many ingredients! Here is a list:

  • pre-made pizza crust (I used Culinary Circle)
  • 1/2 pound of uncooked shrimp
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbs of olive oil
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 1 can of sliced olives
  •  4 ounces of feta cheese
  • 1 tbs of fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.

     The directions are insanely easy!!
  1. pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees f.
  2. put pizza crust on a cookie sheet
  3. peel the shrimp and finely chop garlic
  4. heat the oil in a skillet for about a minute, cook shrimp and garlic in skillet for 3 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella on pizza crust and top with the shrimp and garlic
  6. top pizza with olives, the remaining mozzarella and feta
  7. sprinkle with rosemary
  8. bake for 15 minutes
See how easy that is?   I think this recipe is AMAZING! It tastes so good, try it!
